Our Subsidiaries

Through our wholly owned subsidiaries, we contract with the federal government to operate and maintain, renew, and replace water and wastewater systems on U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force installations in Texas (including southeastern New Mexico), Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. By providing reliable, cost-effective water and wastewater services, we help the Department of Defense achieve its goal of privatizing utilities so that military personnel are better able to focus on their primary missions.
