Subcontracting with ODUSThank you for your interest in qualifying as an approved contractor for ODUS. We are a prime contractor with the federal government, specifically the water and wastewater utilities privatization contractor serving water and wastewater systems at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (JEBLCFS,) as well as the wastewater system at Fort Lee, Virginia. We provide operations and maintenance services, as well as capital improvement programs, to these military installations. As the prime contractor, we are always looking for new companies interested in partnering with us to provide the best possible service to the men and women of our country's military and their families. We are especially interested in those companies that will help us reach the goals of the small-business subcontracting plan incorporated into our contract with the government. However, as a federal government contractor, we are obligated to obtain the best value in subcontracting. Even if you are not a federally qualified small business, we encourage you to download, complete and submit the profile sheet, and other required documents, along with detailed information on what products/services your company provides. Please return this information to Marti Stewart at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We ask that you submit only one profile sheet to ODUS and indicate within your inquiry all ASUS subsidiaries with which you would like to work. Old Dominion Utility Services, Inc. P.O.
