Subcontracting with ODUS
Thank you for your interest in qualifying as an approved contractor for ODUS. We are a prime contractor with the federal government, specifically the water and wastewater utilities privatization contractor serving water and wastewater systems at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story (JEBLCFS,) as well as the wastewater system at Fort Lee, Virginia. We provide operations and maintenance services, as well as capital improvement programs, to these military installations.
As the prime contractor, we are always looking for new companies interested in partnering with us to provide the best possible service to the men and women of our country's military and their families. We are especially interested in those companies that will help us reach the goals of the small-business subcontracting plan incorporated into our contract with the government. However, as a federal government contractor, we are obligated to obtain the best value in subcontracting.
Old Dominion Utility Services, Inc.
P.O. Box N,

Generally, it takes a few weeks to review your qualifications and check your references. We obtain a Dun and Bradstreet report on all companies with which we anticipate doing at least $250,000 of business annually to help ensure we are doing business with the most highly qualified companies. Keep in mind that we require all subcontractors to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), have completed, as appropriate, the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA), and have all employees and lower tier subcontractors e-Verify using the website www.uscis.gov/everify. Click to enroll in E-Verify. We also require all subcontractors to have a current business license for each state in which they wish to qualify and work.
We hope to welcome you as a qualified contractor for ODUS in the very near future.
