ASUS is proud to announce that Josie Mathew has been awarded the 2017 Serving Those Who Serve award. This achievement recognizes the person making the greatest impact on the solders, families and communities that we serve.
Over the past year, Josie has done an outstanding job in service to the military community at Fort Bliss. She organized FBWSC participation in eight community outreach activities that benefited active duty personnel and their families, veterans, families of fallen solders, military personnel overseas, and the Fort Bliss community at large. These activities included the AAFES Car Show, BOSS Bash, 11th Annual Veterans’ Conference, Educator Resource Fair, Walk 4 Recycle, USAF Care Packages, Wreaths Across America, & the SOS Luncheon.
Once again, we’d like to congratulate Josie on this achievement. She truly embodies our mission of Serving Those Who Serve!
