Thank you for your interest in collaborating with ASUS! We are always looking for new partnerships to assist us in providing the best possible service to our nation’s military personnel and their families. We are especially interested in those companies that can help us reach the goals of the small-business subcontracting plan per our contract with the government. Naturally, as a federal contractor, we are also obligated to obtain the best possible value for our customer. Even if you are not a federally-qualified small business, we encourage you to submit your completed profile sheet and required documents, along with a detailed description of your company’s products and/or services, to your local point of contact. Follow the link to the left to find a list of all required documentation.

Generally, it takes a few weeks to review your qualifications and check your references. We obtain a Dun and Bradstreet report on all companies with which we anticipate doing at least $250,000 of business annually to help ensure we are doing business with the most highly qualified companies. Keep in mind that we require all partners to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), have completed, as appropriate, the SAM Representations and Certifications, and have all employees and lower tier subcontractors e-Verify using the website www.uscis.gov/everify. We also require all vendors to have a current business license for each state in which they wish to qualify and work.

Furthermore, in support of our federal operations we seek qualified suppliers in the following categories: Hubzone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Small Business (SB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).
