ODUS Announces 2017 Subcontractor of the Year

Pictured below is Chris Taylor, President of Toano Contractors, Inc. Toano Contractors, Inc. has completed a number of projects on time and under budget for Old Dominion Utility Services, Inc. Their organization utilizes the newest technology available to promote both safety and efficiency.  Safety is the top priority – for their workers and for the quality of the water that will serve so many. Some of their technologies include directional drilling, equipment to ensure survey quality site work and grading. as well as management tools that focus on continued staff training and a superior safety program.

ODUS is very fortunate to work with a number of good underground utility contractors and Toano is reliable, professional, and performs with integrity.
